Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum spend. We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to US territories or military (APO/FPO) addresses at the moment.

Where your order ships from

Ondra is a small online business based in Central Florida, but we don't hold stock here. Your order is shipped directly to you from our partner warehouses, most of which are located overseas, mainly in China. That's why delivery takes 7–14 business days rather than a few days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally add a few days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update. You can also check your order status at any time by signing in to your account.

Orders with more than one item

Pieces in the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one package. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Damaged, missing or delayed orders

• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
• If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us and we'll help.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it in full.

Duties and taxes

You won't pay any import duties or customs fees on US orders; any import charges are covered by us. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
